Year 2 Explorers Day

In Year 2, on the last day of term we had a very exciting day finishing our Great Explorers topic. We came dressed as explorers to school! First we had created our own world map puzzle and then virtually explored our favourite places on Google Earth. After that we discovered some new foods that had magical effects on us from across the globe. We created our own binoculars to spot our new discoveries more easily. Finally we created paintings of the animals we invented in Science. It was a fantastic day!
