Year 1 Special Visitors

Today Y1 had a very special visit from the Y3 mice and Miss Winstone. This was part of our science topic and it helped us visualise the mouse in our book 'The Lion Inside.' We learnt that mice can use their tails for balance and they can make a chattering noise with their teeth. Here are some pictures of us enjoying handling the mice. They were very soft but their paws tickled our hands!
